SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. Standard shipping within Australia is $8.50, with free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more. Estimated standard delivery is 5–10 business days.
Express shipping is available within Australia at an additional cost based on the order weight, shown at checkout. International shipping is not currently available. Items are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on the location.
We will be more than happy to assist if there are any issues with the parcels. Please note however, that once the item leaves our facilities, it is the responsibility of Australia Post / Sendle, if an item is to go missing and / or is not delivered in their proposed timeframes. We highly recommend contacting them if there are any issues with the parcel while in transit. All parcels come with a valid tracking number for peace of mind, which is provided once the parcel is on its way.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that unfortunately returns due to change of mind are not possible, however customers are able to contact us if there are any issues with their order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If for any reason you still wish to return the item, the buyer must be responsible for shipping cost, and that it is retuned safely back to us for a refund, including a valid tracking number.
